Hi All, Here's you weekly dose of what I'm currently consuming, reading, and partaking in. Enjoy! What I'm Reading Drive - Daniel Pink I'll let my Instagram caption do the bulk of the talking on this one but as a manager, this book was so valuable for me. And if you're a teacher, coach, or …

Ludicrous Mode: Driving the Future with Tesla

Frankly, if you're not rooting for Elon Musk... why? Yea, he may be a little whacky and possibly a robot, or maybe an alien... but he is literally doing everything he can to save the world. He owns like 8 companies all trying to make the world better - Energy? Check. Cars? Check. Telecommunications? Check. …

Remember when poker had a colossal run back in 2004-2008? It seemed like everyone was playing Texas Hold 'Em or watching the World Series of Poker. Poker is exciting because it is just as much a game of luck as it is a game of skill. It's similar to life in that you get good breaks and bad ones, but it's the ones who are able to stay resolute who end up succeeding.  Admittedly, this book is filled with a lot of the same things that practical self-help books like Atomic Habits, The Power of Habit, or The Happiness Advantage so there wasn't anything entirely ground-breaking within its pages. However, I will say that it was much more succinct than many of those other books so I would absolutely suggest Ikigai to someone who is new to the subject or genre altogether.  Golf is one of the most difficult sports on the planet, but the great ones are able to simplify the game with a disciplined mindset and smooth technique. @garyvee 🖐 On June 27, 1976, an Air France flight from Tel Aviv to Paris was hijacked by a group of Arab and German terrorists who demanded the release of 53 terrorists. The plane was forced to divert to Entebbe, in Uganda -- ruled by the murderous despot Idi Amin, who had no interest in intervening. "We are all trapped in our own way of thinking. Trapped in our own way of relating to people. We get so used to seeing the world our own way, we come to think that the world is the way that we see it." Eckhart Tolle's message is simple: living in the now is the truest path to happiness and enlightenment.  Progress… more to come 😏 @timferriss has been raving about Neil Gaiman’s @neilhimself The Graveyard Book for years. Since Tim has already been the source of some of my favorite books, I had to check this one out.
